Because I re-trained and set up my business because I want you to feel better. 

Because I have been there, I have hit burn out and I have seen friends hit burnout. I have seen a friend lose the battle.

I know what its like to lose your spark so slowly you don't notice it going and when it's gone you don't quite know what has happened or how to turn it round.

I know how it feels to not recognise yourself and not be sure how or when you became this new shell of yourself. 

I know what it's like to feel a kind of tiredness that sleep won't fix. 

And because I truly believe that finding time, MAKING time, for yourself and gifting yourself 30 mins or an hour every week, fortnight, month can be the difference, can stop the free fall or be the first step in finding your way back to you.

I won't "fix" you (because you're not broken), and I don't have "magic hands", (although a lot of my clients will tell you that I do) but, you have magic in you and soulcentric treatments can remind your tired body and soul how to heal itself.
